Main Technical Characteristics

    1. The key unit adopts vacuum catalytic cracking technology and chemical extraction technology.

    2. There is complete equipment equipped for environmental protection, e.g. waste gas burner and flue gas dust collecting room.

    3. Adopt simple chemical method; eliminate the colour and peculiar smell of products.

    4. The output capacity of pure raw oil is less than 80%.

1. Each set of unit is comprised of the following eight parts:

    a. reactor

    b. Fractionating. Equipment

c. Pressure release device

d. Central electric control system

    e. Condensation system

    f. Fuel gas heating system (exhaust treatment system)

    g. Air heater

h. Flue dust collecting system

2. Domestic initiation:

a. Manufacturing the whole set of device should be carried out in an environment of no smoking and no smell, thus the device having excellent safety and environmental protection property.

   

b. The pressure release device operates through water circulation, which greatly improves the security of the system.

    c. The release of pressure during the production dramatically increases the output within certain time and meanwhile improves the quality of oil.

    d. The heating system adopts hot air heating technology, which improves the safety performance of production and heating efficiency.

    e. High efficiency fuel gas heating system. When the heated gas reaches 150°C during refining, a large amount of gas will be generated: through methane to butane, which cannot be liquefied under normal temperature. A large quantity of energy will be generated after these gases fully burn within a specially designed gas burner. Then energy will be saved greatly.

    f. Flue dust collecting system; Equipped with water hammer cyclone dust collecting room, which makes sure the discharged flue gas reach national emission standard.

1. How the tyre change into diesel oil?

   and the first, The catalyze which our company collocate ourselves need to be added in the reactor, and the catalyzer will be heated together with the tyres. the oil-gas will be got.  Then the oil-gas will go through the cooling process, the oil will be cooled in the oil tank. (I will send you a picture to make it clear)

   then the oil need to be distillated in the distillation equipment. after distillation, you will get the oil which can be modulated into diesel oil by adding some stabilizer ( the stabilizer is just like a prescription which we can make up only. it 's business secret, )  then the diesel oil will be got successfully.

2,how much density of this purified diesel oil?

         0.87

3,how much coal and electric per hour

    400kg coal for 5 tons tyre.. and 13kw-15kw per hour

4,both machine process for how many hours?

    8hours for pyrolysis..and we will despoly 2 set of pyrolysis equipment. at the same time. you will purify 10 tons tyres. then all the oil from the pyrolysis equipments you get can be distillated in the distillation equipment. ( two pyrolysis equipments just can meet one distillation equipment's needs)

5, what about 50% purified and 50% standard oil?

  I asked my boss very seriously about this question. and he said our equipments can meet your request. you can combine 50% purified oil with 50% standard oil. Our  engineer will tell you more details personally or on phone or by video on line. and I can promise you won't be complained by your customers.

6,how much land it requires?

   400 square meters for one pyrolysis equipment. 600 square meters for two pyrolysis euqipments.200 square meters for distillation equipment.

  little pollution( without waste-water. waste-gas will be heated in the reactor . the smoke will be cleaned by the smoke-sooting system). little noise. but a little smell. I don't think you can build it in the center of ur city. you need to ask your government first and our engineers need to investigate in your local place

7, what's method for installing in your areas?

   well , our operators and engineers( only one or two person will go to your place) need to go to your place to install these equipments  for you. but you need to afford all the expense; including labour cost (about $50-$70 per day); board and lodging and pay for the round trip.
